Questions about how the eco box works?
As a Tree House Eco box annual member, you will be able to choose 6 from 8 full sized plastic-free, eco-friendly products. Products will vary from personal care, kitchen, cleaning, and on-the-go! You will receive a seasonal box (4) four times a year. You will be charged immediately after choosing your products for that season. You will receive an email right away!
Depending on when you sign up, that season’s Box will be the first box you receive.
How we breakdown the seasons:
Spring: March~April~May
Summer: June~July~August
Fall: September~October~November
Winter: December~January~ February
Product selection must be placed as followed:
Spring box: February 28th
Summer Box: May 30th
Fall Box: August 31st
Winter box: November 30th
(New season's order must be placed on the last day of the previous season)
How am I billed?
Once you subscribe to the box, you will be billed the first of every 3 months ( February 1st, May 1st, August 1st, November 1st) If you ever want to cancel you must give 60 days notice by emailing us at Treehouseecobox@gmail.com
